Dr. Meena Dieguez, MD, MPH

Medical Director & Supervising Physician

Trained in every procedure the clinic provides, Dr. Dieguez writes and signs off the medical protocols behind each treatment — the physician oversight Texas requires, and the standard Progress MD was built on. Her road here ran from Brooklyn through a NJ residency and urgent care medicine to Amarillo.

Lydia Marsh

Founder · Co-owner · Laser Professional

Started Progress MD in September 2014 after having her own tattoos removed — and never stopped raising the bar. Texas Laser Institute trained, holder of one of the area's highest state hair-removal certifications, and founder of the Texas Med Spa Association.

Arial Hanna

Co-owner · Licensed Esthetician & Laser Technician

A licensed esthetician since 2011, Arial leads the corrective-skincare side of the clinic — advanced facials, peels, microneedling, acne and pigmentation — with a teaching habit: clients leave understanding their own skin.

Emergency-medicine trained, with nursing degrees from West Texas A&M and Texas Woman's University — bringing acute-care precision to aesthetics.
